A pre-offer consultation:

• involves an in-person walk through of the home or building with a Vancouver licensed home inspector. The inspector will verbally report to you their observations and impressions of the home or building. You'll also have the opportunity to ask the inspector any questions you may have.   
• is much less expensive than a complete home inspection. 
• is NOT a substitute for and is not a guarantee that a home will pass a complete home inspection. No report or images will be provided. All observations will be delivered verbally by the inspector during your walk through of the home or building.
